All our repairs come with a 2-year warranty on labor and materials, at minimum. Full roof warranties range from 2 years to lifetime, including labor, materials, and free roof cleaning/maintenance twice a year. Shingle jobs come with a lifetime material & labor warranty.
Once notified, we’ll respond within 24 hours—often the same day. Repairs are done at no charge, and we’ll follow up when it rains again to ensure everything is perfect.
We started making minor roof repairs in 1985 for Kmart stores. A friend of our family owned several buildings that Kmart leased from him. He had trouble finding a company who could locate and repair leaks. We solved his problems and in 1989 we began business on a full-time basis. We have been in the roofing business ever since.
